Originally built in 1899 as a textiles manufacturing facility, this outstanding property offers a creatively dynamic office environment featuring spherical columns, high coffered ceilings, expansive window line, and ornate detailing.  Contemporaneously with the closing of our acquisition, MCRE entered into a long-term lease with global architectural and design firm Sasaki Associates to lease the entirety of the 2nd to 8th floors.  MCRE is thrilled to work alongside Sasaki in the redevelopment and repositioning of 110 Chauncy Street and restoring this architecturally significant property to its rightful position as a top-tier high character office property.
